The Almaguin Highlands Information Centre (AHIC) is truly the “Gateway to the North”. When people arrive here, they can say, “I have now ‘arrived’, I am finally on Vacation”.

We estimate that there are over 65,000 people per year stopping at our Centre. Whether they are using our wonderful facilities (washrooms, picnic area and playground) or are looking for a particular site, location, facility or business, they most certainly make a visit to our facility.
